The Minister of Public Health Slaheddine Sellami made Saturday night an inspection visit to the University Hospital Charles Nicolle Tunis.  He noted the measures taken to improve emergency services in harmony with the health needs of citizens during the summer.

The Minister stressed the need to comply with technical standards and criteria to manage rapid and permanent emergency services while providing medical and paramedical managers to ensure non-stop service.

He stressed the need to improve the reception conditions in emergencies, to give priority to urgent cases and reduce waiting time, besides adopting appropriate mechanisms to guarantee the security of the establishment and the staff.
