Several families of martyrs and injured during the January 14th revolution met on Tuesday in Tunis. Some of them assisted in a round-table that treats military justice during the democratic transition.
It was organized by the Association of families martyrs and injured of the January 14th revolution “Awfiaa” with the collaboration of the Tunisian mission of the Euro-Mediterranean for Human Rights.

Representatives of those families denounced the slowness and unconcern of the juridical procedure. They affirmed that they’re ready to protest if their demands will not be fulfilled and if their relatives will not be avenged. They also asked justice to solve their cases as: “they personally know the murders of their relatives who are still free”.

They pushed Media as well and especially audiovisual one to take their request into consideration.

The families interrupted the program held by Human Right activists and lawyers during this round-table. They affirmed that it doesn’t reflect neither their concern nor their pain.
