Rauf Sheikh Rouhou is preparing to sell the 20% stake he owns in the capital of Dar Assabah.

Business News contacted M. Sheikh Rouhou, who confirmed that there is indeed a transaction. The buyer is Slim Riahi, a founding member of the Free Patriotic Union party.

The party has raised many questions about politics and media in light of their widespread advertising and the deep pockets of their financial backers. They recently launched a large ad campaign across Tunisian media, including social media platforms and urban billboards.

The amount of the sale was not disclosed, but it should be around 3 million dinars.
