Ennasr is made up of many tall buildings

A girl has jumped out of the fifth floor of an apartment building located in Ennasr, a wealthy part of Tunis, last night while attempting to escape from two Libyans. She is now in intensive care in the Charles Nicolle Hospital.

Members of Civil Protection and agents of the Criminal Brigade rushed to the scene soon after the incident occurred. The victim was taken to the hospital and the two Libyans were placed under arrest.

The girl had recently left her parents house in Bardo to live with the two Libyans in question in an apartment in Ennasr. There was an argument and one of the two Libyans threatened to abuse the girl as a result of this incident. The girl did not find any option other than to throw herself from the apartment building in order to escape the aggressors.

The two Libyans remain for the moment in provisional detention, and an investigation is ongoing to learn the details of the crime.

Interesting article….however, the 10th floor of the El Hanna is the Jamaica Bar and there aren’t any windows on the 10th floor. There is a wall about the height of an adult’s mid section. Really difficult for a person to fall over such a wall.
