there is an MP i know very well who is qualified in all the areas you complain of, and i am sure there are others. that’s why we need the complete list, not just the big cheeses.
Then those with ability can be helped, and they will rise to the top as you desire. A guy there due to influence only will be seen through.
PS. in UK women are still side-lined at the top in politics so it’s not just tunisia !
