El Firma Restaurant, Soukra

In a restored farm house that dates back to colonial times, El Firma is divided into three different dining rooms: the lounge is open from noon, main dining room opens later and a seminar room (or the restoration group) that gives it’s guests full privacy.

The restaurant specializes in fine French cuisine. Most of the menu is a fusion between French, Italian, and Tunisian. The salmon risotto comes highly recommended, especially when paired with a bottle of white wine. El Firma is the perfect place for a romantic evening given its setting and course selection.

El Firma presents every Wednesday and Thursday a special molecular menu: the molecular gastronomy is a new approach in the culinary arts.

The restaurant has a covered area ideal for organizing seminars, conferences, receptions, banquets, weddings, … for your seated dinner or buffet. Prices range from  from 30 to 200 Dinars.

Directions: Take the road towards la Soukra and there will be a sign indicating where to turn for El Firma. If taking a taxi, the wait staff can arrange for a cab to pick you up as you leave the restaurant
