    1. Instead of “BA in chartered accountanting”, it should read “BA in Accounting”. “Accountanting” does not exist in English. A chartered accountant or a certified accountant is an accountant who is recognized by a professional accounting institution. But there are no degrees in being certified, it is an administrative process. Furthermore, other internet sites mention him holding a “Maitrise” (in french) which translates to a master’s degree (grade 18), so his degree would be similar to an MBA in Accounting (USA). A “BA” means a Bachelor in Arts” or an equivalent to “license” (Bac +4) in the French educational system.

    2. “Artisanat” in French is better translated by “artisanry” rather than “handicraft” because artisanry refers to the skilled workmanship regardless of the end use either decorative or domestic, while “handicraft” implies only handmade items for domestic usage.

    3. “Association of Citizenship and Dignity” should be rewritten either as “association for Citizenship and Dignity” or as “a Citizenship and Dignity association” if you mean “association pour la citoyenete et la dignite” (in french).
